O Divine Master, you have said,
“Truly I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you”. I ask for help, restoration and comfort for those affected by tragedy especially in the Tanzania and Haiti earthquakes, Ethiopia, Somalia, S.Sudan and all parts of the world where there is conflict and natural calamities.
In your mercy, grant them the strength, courage and healing. May they be speedily restored to health and normalcy so that they may resume their duties and full life.
God our creator, restore all creation to the praise and glory of you.

Lord Jesus, I praise you and thank you for all the gracious gifts you have granted upon us as students. At this time Lord, I thank you for the gift of education. Lord you are the great teacher, I shall not want. You lead me to the ocean of knowledge and answer all my doubts. You Yahweh fill me with your wisdom and keep me in the path of wisdom. Lord in your word, it states that Jesus grew up in favor in the eyes of God and of man. This day I ask for your favor through my teachers.
Spirit of Jesus, give me good memory so that I might be able to understand, remember and apply what I am going to be learning.
Continually bless my teachers for their unending contribution in preparing me for life.
Lord blesses them according to your riches.

Abba Father, every day and especially the month of October we remember and pray for cancer patients all around the world. Lord you have seen their suffering; you have heard their cry for healing and strength.
Help the victims know that they are not alone in their struggle. Lord may your spirit of love continually encourage them to keep the fight and the hope. Help us lord to support and encourage them. Amen

Dear God, we come before you today giving thanks and glorifying your holy name. We thank you for all that you have given us. We thank you for the 175th anniversary of Mother Teresa Ball.
We thank you for her courage and zeal that made the Loreto dream a reality in many parts of the world. Bless the work of her hands and the initiative she took to follow the Venerable Mary Ward’s vision.
Dear Lord, we thank you for using her as a vessel of your will in the setting up of girls’ schools in many parts of the world.
We are infinitely grateful to you for giving her unto us and we pray you may continue to bless her vision of being missionary to the world. Amen.

We pray to the Lord, that He will support us in the dark days and the sunny days.
The days filled with laughter and light, and those of sorrow and fear.
We pray that good will triumph over evil, truth over lies, love over hate, and compassion over hardness of heart.
We pray that we will act, not out of fear, but only out of love, because we are called to a vocation of love.
